This 45 minute sports therapy & athletic recovery session consists of a detailed muscle assessment and manual hands-on NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy). Our use of MET (muscle energy technique) combined with Osteopathic mobilization is an efficient & effective approach to muscle recovery. You can also choose to receive 15 minutes of either Red Light Therapy, Pneumatic compression therapy, or sports cupping for and additional fee.
The 45 minute RESET session is the perfect solution for when you need a stretch therapy session to mobilize stubbornly tight muscles and joints or focus on one specific area of concern! This slower Stretch & Strengthen session uses our active mobilization method and use of a handheld pulsed percussion device. This is exactly what your body needs! The perfect blend of an assisted / active stretching session and pre-event sports therapy.
This newly added (REST) 25 minute session allows you to schedule private studio access to use our passive therapy equipment - compression sleeves and red light panels while enjoying time to rest your body and mind from a full day or hectic schedule.
The NEW (REPS) session measures your current muscle health (using our 3 pillar system- stability / strength / stamina) tracks your monthly fitness progress and gives you suggested exercises to help meet your goals - 45 min )
Quality movement begins with ensuring the joints and muscle structures are stabilizing and firing in a controlled and balanced sequence.
The second stage of our recovery mobility challenges your muscle groups to increase load capacity over a periodization cycle.
Stamina is about training your different systems to work together to maintain endurance cycles while exhibiting increased recovery ability performing movements that require stability, strength, and speed.
These services involve manual 1-1 manipulation of soft tissue or specific joints in the body.
NeuroMuscular Therapy involves the use of manual soft tissue manipulation with varying compressive pressure and osteopathic articulation. MET ( muscle energy technique) uses compression & mobilization of specific trigger/ reflex points to release shortened fibers and minimize painful inflammation.
Using sterile antibacterial cups to lift and mobilize specific areas of soft tissue when an athlete can’t tolerate direct compression and it also can assist the body in moving lymph and hydrating areas of stiffened joints.
Using the active release approach of lengthening then strengthening an overactive tissue group is one of the most effective and efficient ways to affect soft tissue response to a state of recovery and repair.
These optional services are the perfect compliment therapy that do not involve hands-on treatment
A non-invasive and therapeutic approach using Class II medical grade photobiomodulation equipment with optional IR (infrared) capability to release tight muscles and decrease inflammation.
We have 2 of the NEW Air Relax 4.0 Pro leg compression sleeves that can fit athletes from 5'- to over 6' and be programmed for specific series of sequential chamber compression.
Using what is commonly referred to as a massage gun, this device helps achieve relaxation or rejuvenation states when applied to tissue fibers and under/oversimulated nerves.
