Session times are from 9am-6pm  Mon-Fri 

All athletic recovery sessions are in our Club Studio and by appointment only.

Mobile travel sessions are by personal referral only and within a 5 mile radius of our Club Studio and has a starting travel fee of $100 in addition to the non-member pricing.
